At Hyfield Trucking, we are always looking for ways to improve efficiency and ensure that everything runs smoothly for our fleet and our drivers. We are happy to announce that we will be using a new maintenance software called **Fleetio** to manage vehicle maintenance, service schedules, and more.
**What is Fleetio and Why Are We Using It?**
Fleetio is a comprehensive fleet management software designed to help us keep track of the maintenance needs for each of our trucks. By using Fleetio, we’ll be able to manage maintenance tasks and schedules efficiently, keeping your vehicles in top condition while minimizing downtime.
**How Does This Affect You?**
If you are a driver at Hyfield Trucking, you will soon receive an email directly from **Fleetio** inviting you to join our Fleetio group. The email will include instructions for setting up your **username and password**. This account will give you access to Fleetio, where you can stay up-to-date with the maintenance needs of your truck.
Please note that **only one driver per truck** will receive this email. Fleetio allows just one account per truck, so we’ll send the email to the **primary driver** listed for each vehicle.
**Fleetio Go Mobile App: Stay Connected On the Go**
To make things even easier, Fleetio offers a mobile app called **Fleetio Go**, which allows you to access all the important information about your vehicle from anywhere. The app will also be the way you **submit your monthly Vehicle Inspection Reports (VIRs)**. It’s a great tool to help you stay on top of your truck’s maintenance without the hassle.
Here’s what you need to do:
1. **Check your inbox** for an email from Fleetio inviting you to join our group.
2. **Create your username and password** by following the instructions in the email.
3. **Download the Fleetio Go app** for your phone:
